Driving Directions
The RCO Escrow Office is conveniently located about 10-15 minutes (~10 miles) east of Seattle and about 5 minutes (~ 4 miles) south of Bellevue near the intersection of I-90 and Factoria Boulevard. Our office is directly across from the Factoria Mall north parking lot. We have ample free parking available in front of and around our building.
From the North
- Take I-405 South
- Take Exit 10 for Coal Creek Pkwy
- Keep left at the fork to continue toward Coal Creek Pkwy SE
- Turn left at Coal Creek Pkwy SE
- Turn left at 124th Ave SE
- 124th Ave SE turns right and becomes SE 38th St
- RCO Escrow office will be on your left
From the South
- Take I-405 North
- Take Exit 10 for Coal Creek Pkwy/Factoria
- Turn right at Coal Creek Pkwy SE
- Turn left at 124th Ave SE
- 124th Ave SE turns right and becomes SE 38 St
- RCO Escrow office will be on your left
From the West
- Take I-90 East
- Take I-90 Exit 10B on the right for Richards Rd
- Turn right at Factoria Blvd SE
- Turn right at SE 38th St
- RCO Escrow office will be on your right
From the East
- Take I-90 West
- Take I-90 Exit 11 for 150th Ave SE
- Continue through the Exit 11 ramp and follow the signs for 150th Ave SE
- Merge into 150th Ave SE heading south
- Continue on 150th Ave SE and over the I-90 freeway, turn right at 38th St SE
- Continue on SE 38th St
- SE 38th St becomes SE 36th St as it winds down the hill
- Continue on SE 36th St
- Turn left at Factoria Blvd SE
- Turn right at SE 38th St
- RCO Escrow office will be on your right
