Richard is senior counsel at RCO Legal – Alaska, Inc. and his practice areas include bankruptcy, evictions, litigation and title and foreclosure issues affecting both institutional and individual lenders. He has been with the firm’s Anchorage office since 1988 and has become a recognized authority on the Alaska foreclosure process.
