Charity Bridgewater is a supervising attorney at RCO Legal, P.S. She currently manages the residential and commercial foreclosures in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee and Virginia. She supervises the title review, title curative, mobile home and the Deed-in–Lieu departments within the south-eastern footprint of RCO Legal, P.S. Additionally, she is counsel for Mississippi matter in our litigation, eviction and bankruptcy practice areas.
Ms. Bridgewater is a former law clerk for the Honorable Presiding Judge Tyree Irving of the Mississippi Court of Appeals. Her legal career has encompassed criminal defense as a Public Defender as well as civil litigation and real property closing transactions.
Ms. Bridgewater is a 1998 graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where she received Bachelor in Arts degree in History and Women’s Studies. She earned her law degree from the University of Mississippi in 2002. She is licensed to practice law the states of Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.
