BIOGRAPHY

Joshua is a senior associate attorney at RCO Legal, P.S. Joshua’s practice areas include general real estate litigation and debt disputes. From 2008-2015, Joshua served two terms on the Issaquah City Council, including an appointment as Chair of the Eastside Transportation Partnership. He is also qualified as a pro tem judge for King County District Court, and is a member of the Bellevue College Foundation Board.
