Joshua is a senior associate at RCO Legal, P.S. Joshua’s practice areas include general real estate litigation and debt disputes. From 2008-2015, Joshua served two terms on the Issaquah, WA City Council, including an appointment as chair of a regional transportation board. He formerly volunteered for the Bellevue College Foundation, and he currently serves as a pro tem judge in the King County District Court. As an attorney since 2001, Joshua has prevailed on cases in all three divisions of the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington and Idaho Supreme Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
