Kimberly is senior counsel at RCO Legal, P.S. Her practice focuses on creditor’s rights in personal property litigation, creditor’s claims in probates, post-judgment debt collection, loss mitigation, surplus funds following foreclosure sales and related litigation. Kimberly also has several years of experience working in family law, both in Texas and in Washington.
As Chair of the USFN’s Publications Committee from 2015-2016 and Vice-Chair from 2013-2015, Kimberly has been instrumental in curating the editorial content for the industry’s best legal resources at USFN. Kimberly is rated AV-Preeminent by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell company and was named a Washington Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2016.
Kimberly is a certified mediator and a member of Phi Delta Phi, the international legal fraternity for honors achievement in legal education. Kimberly is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), American Bar Association and the King County Bar Association (KCBA) where she is a regular CLE instructor for both WSBA and KCBA in the area of Replevins.
